As you know by now, we don’t plan our trips, preferring to be completely spontaneous, so we had no idea what we would experience when we arrived at La Fortuna, Costa RIca. The video above is unedited and shows you just how amazing the staff at Posh Packer Arenal Hostel and Hotel are. Indeed, it doesn’t show enough, as they are some of the most amazing hospitality staff we have encountered in a long time after many many destinations and adventures. From warm, friendly and welcoming smiles, to playful banter and genuine appreciation and love for the guests. We love them and our stay so much!

Getting to La Fortuna, Costa Rica as a budget traveler is not difficult. We simply took a bus from San Jose at the 7-10 Terminal early in the morning (always check the schedule yourself) and arrived a few hours later in La Fortuna -after an amazing twist and turns through beautiful mountains.
